Anulom vilom pranayam, also called the alternate nostril breathing technique, is an incredible energiser, which works effectively to relieve stress and anxiety. To do the Anulom Vilom Pranayam, sit cross-legged with the neck and spine straight.Ensure that you are comfortable. The right hand should be in gyan mudra (join the tip of the thumb and index finger) and the left hand should be in pranayam mudra (close the index and middle finger). Close your eyes and the right nostril with the thumb of the right hand and inhale through the left and exhale through right, inhale through right and exhale through left. Repeat a few times and relax.
